January 2021 Update

Celestial blessings every one and happy new year! We did start the year out with some intense energy as the energy of the conjunction between Jupiter and Saturn is still in the air. And we do have a few more changes coming up that is really important. A lot of major transits we will have this year will be in the month of January

On January 6th, Mars moves into the Earth sign of Taurus. Now as Mars is approaching this shift his energy is going to be strong so you will need to keep yourself in check. This energy is warrior energy and we could see some upheavals during this time. Mars will actually trigger a lot of different energy during the first part of the year.

You see, Mars is moving out of his home planet of Aries, and this energy can feel exhausting to some as this energy is that of ignition. Aries zodiac begins on March 21st which is the Spring Equinox, which is that burst of energy to begin – or birth. It’s that energy of sitting at the waiting line just waiting for the gun to fire to take off to see who can get to the finish line the quickest. At the end, he’s giving it his all so yes, this is raw energy. So, again, keep yourself in check for these few days – at least til the weekend. Honestly, don’t put yourself in any kind of position that will put you in an uneasy place, again this energy is in warrior mode.

Mars in Taurus isn’t exactly a bad thing, as it can bring some stability to grow as well as peace. Taurus is about producing as it is an Earth element and it wants to grow and expand. This is a time when a lot of work can get done, and finished, as well as a good time to grow materially. This is great manager energy, getting things done in a harmonious way – this is will-power and strength. Sometimes though, this placement can keep us too focused on one thing that we neglect or just dont see everything else going on around us. This combination spells success. This is high sexual energy as well, and this energy urges people to pursue their passions. This placement will hold the energy of helping you create anything you want. This will also take place on our last quarter moon in Libra. Here we have relationships added to that sexual energy, but as Venus moves into Capricorn on the 8th, romantic relationships will have to have a good foundation if they are to grow and develop into something more.

So how will Mars and Venus relate during this time? Well, Mars is trying to get a lot of things done and trying to please everyone and it can get chaotic, When Venus enters Capricorn, she will form a trine with Mars which will help keep things in check, making the choppy energy smoother. We could see a disruption of peace that is necessary, but again Venus will smooth things out. Throughout this month Mars will square Saturn in Aquarius on the 13th, and this is presser cooker energy. This is an extraordinary transforming energy, with the energy beginning to build around the 6th. Saturn likes to shape and mold things, taking raw material and turning them into something functional – in Aquarius these are higher ideals, and Saturn will call on Mars to build something really big. Now this isn’t going to happen overnight, it will take some time. On the 17th Mars will have a conjunction with Uranus and trine Jupiter. First, Jupiter is the cosmic sense of higher order and with Uranus he has rebellious energy and very original energy. Uranus and Jupiter says the sky is the limit, its transcendent quality. We have to be careful here and stay grounded, you could bite off more than you can chew. Don’t get taught up in the revolutionary impulse energy of Uranus as it can be too prideful and lead to a great fall. Stay grounded and make sure you don’t burn those bridges that you will need in the future. This is the energy of “nothing can hold me back”, breaking through the glass ceiling. Saturn will square with Uranus, so we will have to make sure we take care of things as they come. All of 2021 will have the energy of “keeping us in check’.

Now the Mars and Uranus conjunction, deep breath! This is very explosive energy that can go either way. This is bloody, warfare energy, very militant energy. Jupiter will be showing up during this conjunction with a square, and Mars will shine some light from Uranus to Jupiter on this placement. Jupiter is the law, Mars having this meeting with Jupiter is like Mars on steroids. So we’re going to have this militant energy mixed with revolutionary, rebellious energy. Its going to be nuts this month. Jupiter, Uranus, Mars is about revolution…think the French Revolution, the Revolutionary War. Mars in Taurus will be bring that conflict energy as well. Venus in capricorn is offering Mars stabilizing energy though, so I feel that She will add some calmness to the mix, but we have to be really careful cause we do act in ways that we will later regret.

The end of the month will end in a T-square, the full moon in Leo will square Mars and Uranus in Taurus and by the end of the month the Sun will square Mars so the full moon will amplify this expansive, revolutionary energy. Honestly, from the 17th till the end of the month is going to this chaotic energy. Understand that with change comes change, there will be some challenges and we will have to really search for ways to push through change peacefully. January is full of expansive energy which is very driving and can be volatile, and this includes structures coming down and natural disasters.

Wish I could post all love and light to you all, but as most of us know that when change happens it is destructive- all kinds of destruction. From human to nature. Luckily, Venus is in a superior placement than Mars so She will be helping the energy – Venus likes peace and harmony so She will definitely be reminding us to keep it as peaceful as possible. This is the Tower card. But where will we land? Where is this energy going? Well, that is for another post!

Sagittarius Full Moon

This past week we’ve had some solar storms that ended on Thursday. When the energy from this storm hits Earth it can have us feeling symptoms of Stress, anxiety, sleepiness, sleeplessness, body aches, foggy headedness, extra sensitivity, nightmares, vivid dreams, and your Intuition could be heightened. Its important to make sure you are practicing self care and keeping yourself hydrated, eating healthy foods, and getting enough rest. When you are able, put yourself in a soothing environment and soothing sounds.

To better understand this full moon, let’s look back at the New Moon in Gemini at the beginning of June that gave us a fresh new-start, positive energy. A new moon represents a new moon cycle, and as we have progressed into this month there will be more of an energetic building. This moon will have some pretty important aspects that will really set the energy for the full moon on the 17th, then leading to the Summer Solstice on the 21st, which is also the day when the sun moves into the astrological sign of Cancer.

On June 16th Jupiter will form a square with Neptune and then on the 18th Saturn will form a sextile (that’s harmonizing energy) with Jupiter.

And in between these aspects will be our full moon in the freedom loving sign of Sagittarius. This full moon is going to be important as it represents the last moon phase of the current eclipse cycle that began with the January 5th solar eclipse.

And this moon with lead us into July where we will have 2 eclipses. Now for this full moon it will be on June 17th in the astrological sign of Sagittarius at 1:31 am pt, 431am et, and 931am UK time. Sagittarius is known as our freedom loving sign. It’s symbol is that of the archer or bow and arrow, it is the mythical centaur (a half human and half horse, who is one of higher intelligence, and can represent a bridge between Earth and heaven. Sagittarius is very optimistic, and being its planet is Jupiter, this is a very lucky sign (as jupiter is the planet of fortune). This is adventurous energy, it is open-minded, and very serene. But due to the freedom this signs craves, this energy doesn’t vibe well in commitments, and can be careless. There is an energy of restlessness here as well, wanting to move forward to the next adventure.

Now I normally love the energy of Sagittarians, I have a daughter that is a sagittarius, as they have a certain charm about them. It is a fire sign, so that need for experience is heightened, as well as being in that energy of falling in love.

This is the energy adaptability, and one of being able to envision great futures. Now this moon will have us wanting to reach high beyond the limits and above all, to enjoy one’s self. This is a renewal of high energy, and this is great as we move to Midsummer, the Summer Solstice on the 21st.

Remember full moon are when the Moon (Mother energy) is opposite the Sun (father energy) so there will be a light shined on those things that are in the dark. This could be something that you didn’t want to see but need to see. This moon will definitely light us up energetically and have us pushing forward for that next adventure. But we have to be careful, as Sagittarian energy can push its luck.

The arrow symbology in this sign is very important as it is hinting at you to aim your focus when the centaur takes his bow and pulls back his arrow he is taking aim. Sure be open to possibilities, but you need to focus your energy for the absolute best results.

For relationships, this energy will have you wanting true authentic relationships, no games nor lies, just straight realness. This energy will give us a thirst for learning to further our knowledge. This is a good moon for philosophical vision, writers and artists.

Now these 2 aspects that we will be happening. When Jupiter forms his square with Neptune, this will take us back to the energy expression of last January. This can make us have higher expectations of others and especially ourselves. Jupiter is all about expansions and Neptune has that fantastical energy. This is very optimistic energy as well, so you can be disillusioned at this time. This is energy that will have you wanting to avoid confrontation, you can be very restless and feel dissatisfied and can exaggerate things that emotionally charged you. This could also lead to arguments can be taken out of context and things could blow up. This energy can also be meandering type energy, but when Saturn sextiles Jupiter Father Time will open our eyes. We will be reminded of the boundaries that we have….our responsibilities to self and others. This double dose of Jupiter energy can lead us to unrealistic ventures and unrealistic dreams but on the flip side, this can really be a time of great inspiration. Saturn will help us understand that things must unfold on their own. This sextile between saturn and neptune can be an energy of learning family traditions and customs. You could be bringing back your families traditions, bringing back beliefs of your family…your ancestors. This is philosophies as well. This can be a time where you find yourself devoted to your calling, wanting to have your dreams manifest. This could be a time that you could discover your soul’s calling or finding your sense of purpose.

Saturn and Pluto are still in Capricorn and with Uranus in Taurus so we will not have too much shake up energy, and this will give us enough grounding energy to help keep us grounded. 8 hours after the full moon in sagittarius, the moon will be moving into Capricorn which is nice energy to ground our desires, but when a sign is in its latter degrees it is a bit raw and will soon be experiencing a transition as it will be moving into a different sign.

All in all, this is a full moon does have the energy to make your long term dreams come true.

This moon will be one of this years most powerful moons. As this is the last full moon before the up coming Solar Eclipse on July 2nd, that will also be a new moon. These energies will be deeply felt as this moon will align to our Galactic Center and will help us have a renewed sense of hope and faith that things will work out. We can be inspired by the energetic vibrations of infinite possibilities. It is time to leave behind all that doesn’t resonate with you anymore. You want to see the truth in matters and for some you will be able to discover your Soul’s purpose.

It’s time to leave the past in the past, as it is time to focus on the present and future.

Hope and trust is highlighted in this moon. We will be aided in determination as Mercury meets up with Mars and has a wonderful conversation reminding us, and assisting us in directing all of our inner power in creating and building something productive.

Remember in order to create something new, the old must break away. The old fades so the new can grow. This is our Wheel of the Year, remember change of our only constant.

For this moon choose wisely where you desire to put your intention and energy. Carl Jung stated “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.

Uranus Direct

During the time of our Capricorn new moon and partial solar eclipse, Uranus stationed and begins to go direct. Uranus, the 7th planet from the sun, is the Greek God of the Sky, Ouranos. Discovered by William Herschel in 1781, is composed of ice and rock and it is one planet that many do not really pay attention to. Uranus is the third-largest planetary radius and fourth-largest planetary mass in the Solar System, providing strong energy in our solar system. Uranus is complex, but just like other gaseous planets, it has a ring system, numerous moons, and a magnetosphere. Giving it a unique configuration, it’s axis rotates sideways and its North and South poles rest where other planets, such as Earth, have their equators. The images from the Voyager 2 mission in 1986 show this interesting planet virtually featureless with visible light and no cloud bands or storms that are typically associated with planets like Uranus.

The energy of Uranus is electric full of change and is associated with originally, technology, discovery, innovation and it is very progressive. He is the instigator of swift change/or shifts an can be quiet rebellious, and in its negative irresponsible. This energy is highly intuitive and can be enlightening, so at this time you could get some new ideas to come to you that can give you that “A-ha!” giving you fresh ideas to move forward with your goals, showing you the best path to go, or even a completely new path to take. uranus likes to stir things up, putting a new spin on things releasing the outdated ways, or thoughts. With our Capricorn energy, this will be heavily influencing our governments and our careers/job, our outward projection, our public life.

With this transition along with the new moon solar eclipse, abrupt shifts and changes can definitely be expected. On a personal level, this could lead to jobs shifts, shifts in your expression to the outside world; even leading into relationships ending and new ones beginning. This energy supports just walking away from the old you and opening the door to the new.

Many will feel this energy, especially fire signs, jolting you forward really placing you into the “getting things done” energy. This can have us in a risk-taking and impatient energy, luckily Saturn in Capricorn will have us to stop and make sure that choice is going to be the best for you. Uranus wants to go forward quickly so this can cause some irritable energy, but it is trying to give you that energy to see things through. Remember, all of this Capricorn energy is looking at things as long-term, so Saturn, Father time, saying Let us use this energy to not to just get us by now, but that which will sustain us for the years to come. We need to not use this energy so quickly, but to allow it to grow and in this growth to expand into something that will support us well into our future. many people see this as a chaotic time, but this is where creation comes from…bringing the dreams into reality. Being conscious of what is going on will allow you to become the true orchestrator of your life and focus on what you want to create in your life.

Uranus, to me, is welcomed energy at this time as it brings in some new energy that will allow us to make the changes we need to make for our highest good. It will be shocking for some and bring that spark of energy that you so need to pursue your goals. This is the 7th planet, and 7 in numerology is the seeker of the seekers!
