Happy Tarot Tuesday, Weekly Reading

This bow will help you shape your destiny, you just have to decide which path will be the one for you. This card puts us at a crossroads, we have reached a level of achievement and now it is time to move to the next step. This is a move that we must make that will require you to use all that you have learned, experienced, the emotional and mental tools and harness them to give you the energy to see which path is best for you. It’s time to step-up and walk through the gate the BOWs are providing, a new path lies before you.

Underlying energy of this reading is THE HOODED MAN, here we are having to go within, and seek our own light to light our way down the path. You have experienced many things so far in your life its time to step back, gather them together and use them to aid you in your walk. The wren is on this card and this bird has long been known to be the sacred bird of kings as the wren is the keeper of sacred wisdom. Even the smallest things can make big impacts. this card represents a type of rebirth, one of the physical as well as the spiritual.

This week allow yourself to absorb all that you are learning, go within and find the truth, listen to your inner voice. There is a lot of energy happening here on the outside as well and the inside, after all the work you’ve been doing, a space for contemplation is needed – as within, so without.

Many Blessings,

Sirona Rose

Goddess Insights

Good morning, Starshines!
Wishing you all a wonderful Tyr’s day.
There is a balance that you must keep within. We can get too lost in the spiritual, seeing the things we want manifest. Then there are those that are too lost in the physical and dont see the interweaving of life.
Remember you are a Spiritual Being having a Human experience. See what you want to manifest in the spiritual, but you have to physically bring it into the material plane. Life is an unfolding, enjoy the process.

Arianrhod’s Celestial Message

The Goddess getting our attention is Vesta, which is an asteroid. Our asteroids are simply a small rocky body orbiting the sun, located between Mars and jupiter (the asteroid belt). Now Vesta is a Roman virgin goddess and She represents the hearth, home, and family. She was the protectreess of the home. She was rarely depicted in human form, and was often represented by the fire of her temple in the Forum Romanum. She represents domestic tranquility and this week she will be squaring Saturn, the South Node, and Pluto. This placement reminds me of the statement “before you go trying to clean up some else’s backyard, make sure yours is in order first. Saturn draws those healthy boundaries, pluto tells us we must get through the muck, change our unhealthy ways, and the south node reminds us to learn from our past, that you only have control over yourself and not to give our power away to anyone. The fire was used for more than cooking, it was also used as a gathering point, normally around the hearth. The Latin word for hearth’ is focus. In the shrine of Vesta, a fire perpetually burned for her and was tended to by the Vestal Virgins in the Roman Forum.
So on the other side of this coin, an interesting note about the Goddess Vesta, out of all of the Roman deities, she was the only one that was accorded the honor of a full time clergy that was devoted solely to her worship and rites. These devotees were called Vestal Virgins and they tended Vesta’s flame until 394 CE when the Christian Emperor Theodosius I prohibited it, and the worship of Vesta…along with other Pagan Gods, as well as closing and burning schools and temples. Vesta is in the sign of Aries, the Self, so this could mean one rekindling their inner flame, gaining control back over yourself, and making the changes and doing what needs to be done so your fire will not be extinguished again. And like I have stated before, this energy can be different for everyone, so with that being said…this could be the rising of the Goddess. Many of us want to invision the Goddess as wild and untamed, and that is mostly in the maiden form, but the Goddess is also the protectress of the hearth…the home. Here in our 3d world, it is about physical, so as the rising of her flame, Saturn reminds her of her responsibility, her power, her control over things, but also reminds her that in this world we do have boundaries. Pluto is offering her a transformation. Many of us look at the Goddess as loving, nurturing, passive, but when we do this we deny her other aspects. What I feel is this combination is about the flame is reigniting, or building, but it knows that it needs some structure so it can be more focused, and it has to proceed in a different way. She knows that to avoid the past from coming back, she must learn from Her lessons.

Arianrhod’s Celestial Message

Happy Moon’s day, Starshines!
I have started a new type of astrology, Goddess Celestial Messages. We have some powerful Goddesses that are in our celestial heavens that have a lot of messages to give us. These Messages will be called Arianrhod’s Celestial Messages. So for today…..

Today in Arianrhod’s celestial heavens, we are having 2 Goddesses having a conversation with each other, Juno is squaring Athena. Now to understand their placement, let us first look at what these two Goddesses represent.
Juno, often thought of as the Roman version of the Greek Goddess Hera, is considered the Goddess of love and marriage. Juno was the wife of Jupiter, his counterpart, was the protector of the Romans and a special counselor of the state. Her father is Saturn, Father of Time himself, and the Mother of Mars, Vulcan, Juventas, and Bellona. She was so important to the Romans she was a member of the Capitoline triad of deities that were introduced by Etruscan kings.
Athena is known as the Greek Goddess of war and wisdom, as well as her strategic skills in war and is the patron Goddess to heroic actions; She is portrayed to walk side by side being the companion to heroes. Athena has an interesting beginning, as she was born from Zeus’ forehead after he had been experiencing a tremendous headache. The myth states that she sprang fully grown and dressed in armor.
These are two protectresses and when they square each other there is a bit of tension, Juno, the mother, is in the sign of cancer, the mother nurturer and Athena, the warrior Goddess, is in the sign of Libra which is about balance.
Arianrhod’s message for the next two days as these Goddesses form the exact square on the 15th is that “One can not give from an empty vessel”. Being a nurturer doesn’t mean you have to always put yourself or your needs on the back-burner, especially for those that do not appreciate or have gratitude for all that you do. Athena tells us to protect yourself, sure there will never be a true balance, but we can strive for the middle. This is also a message of protecting those things we love and care for, and this can be people as well.

Celestial Blessings,
Sirona Rose
